Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

ChiaRaspberry

Have you discovered Chia Seeds yet? Whether yes or no, here is my Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding recipes and some information on whether to believe the hype.

Supposedly packed with all kinds of nutrition like omega 3, fibre, protein, and a host of minerals and in recent times given the superfood tag, however don’t believe the hype. Two problems with it and I’ll keep it brief because I can already feel your eyes glazing over – ha ha.

Macadamia ‘ooh ahh’ Biscuits

macadamia biscuits

This Macadamia Biscuits recipe is a particular favourite of mine, as I created it years ago when I was just starting out on my health crusade. I was just starting to cook a few things again after hating cooking for so long. For me cooking meant putting on weight, so it was a hate/hate relationship for many years.

Chocolate Cheesecake Fudge

Chocolate Cheesecake Fudge

Just for fun, I found the ingredients of the standard commercial Sesame Bar and get a load of this…

peanut butter fudge
