This Peanut Butter Bar recipe is dedicated to my friend who is having the time of her life as tour leader on a Top Deck bus tripping around Europe. Her story is proof that with a little hard work and lots of perseverance, a really huge dream can come true!

When she gets back, I will be sure to cook her a batch in celebration! Go Travel Girl!

Peanut butter bar recipe

So you know by now I like to keep things super simple and so this is just two separate recipes put together, to deliver another taste sensation! It looks like the Top Deck chocolate bar.

White Layer (White Chocolate Fudge Recipe)

1 cup raw macadamia nuts

3 TBS honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup cacao butter

2 TBS milk powder

Method

Melt the raw cacao butter over low heat – use a double boiler.

Whiz the nuts in a food processor until all stuck together.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and whiz until well combined.

Press into a paper lined tin and chill in the fridge.

Chocolate Layer (Homemade Chocolate Recipe)

¼ cup coconut oil

1/4 cup cacao butter

1 TBS raw cocoa powder

2 TBS organic maple syrup

2 TBS Peanut Butter Powder (or peanut butter)

Melt cacao butter and coconut oil on very low heat or in a double boiler if you have a gas stove. Take off heat and mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Pour over white layer.

Chill in fridge.

Cut into squares and go crazy!
