I reached out from Facebook stating I could not find the zen beach diet book I purchased from my phone. I wanted to re visit it and cannot find it in the file section. Is it easy enough to resend it?
I have been Peating for years but hit menopause and have gained 20 pounds!!!! I eat way too much healthy fat. Having a hard time staying under 50 grams with eating eggs, creamer, cooking in butter or coconut oil, meat, whole fat cottage cheese, etc. I hate the ingredients of low fat dairy except for milk. So I obviously need some help. The problem is, I feel good with eating fat. And I love nightly ice cream which helps me sleep but something has to give!!! I have purchased 2 books and received the HIIT on the trampoline snd cannot find any of them. So sorry to inconvenience you. Heather
