Everyone loves fruity muffins, but they’re even better for your health when they are Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins!
I was trying to think of other things to have for breakfast instead of eggs, fruit and Greek yogurt or the 5 other options in my Zen Beach Diet book. All are fabulous choices but sometimes you want something that still fits the Ray Peat Inspired eating model, but is a little different. The fact that it can be eaten with the amazing protein filled cottage cheese and zesty marmalade is just an added bonus.
Cooking and I have a love/hate relationship. I love it when I am in the mood and making something I love to eat. I hate it when I’m hungry and can’t be bothered. So this means my cooking style is easy, easy, easy. Too many ingredients and it’s out, too many steps and it’s out and to be considered Sim Birdy approved it needs to meet the following criteria:-
1. Super easy
2. Pro Metabolic ingredients
3. Super yum
4. Healthy to the max
As my eating style has changed somewhat since I started this journey, I have divided my recipes so that my newer Ray Peat Inspired followers can easily find what they need to keep meals lower fat and on a health and weight loss track.
So I have moved my keto recipes to a different page. Here all the Ray Peat inspired recipes will be kept in two categories – one lower in fat and the other higher in fat as follows:
One – Ray Peat Inspired – lower fat
Two – Ray Peat Inspired – higher fat
