This is dedicated to my friend who is having the time of her life as tour leader on a Top Deck bus tripping around Europe. Her story is proof that with a little hard work and lots of perseverance, a really huge dream can come true!

When she gets back, I will be sure to cook her a batch in celebration! Go Travel Girl!

Healthy Top Deck Slice Recipe

So you know by now I like to keep things super simple and so this is just two separate recipes put together, to deliver another taste sensation!

White Deck (White Chocolate Fudge Recipe)

1 cup raw macadamia nuts

3 TBS rice malt syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 inch square raw cacao butter

2 TBS milk powder

Melt the raw cacao butter over low heat – use a double boiler.

Whiz the nuts in a food processor until all stuck together.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and whiz until well combined.

Press into a paper lined tin and chill in the fridge.


Chocolate Deck (Chocolate Tweets Recipe)

¼ cup coconut oil

1 inch x 1 inch square of cacao butter

1 TBS raw cacao powder

2 TBS organic maple syrup

1 TBS tahini

1 TBS Peanut Butter

Melt cacao butter and coconut oil on very low heat or in a double boiler if you have a gas stove. Take off heat and mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Pour over white layer.

Chill in fridge.

Cut into squares and go crazy!
